Description
Replacement door seal (door boot gasket) for Hisense front load washing machines — Hisense part number K2315392. A torn, perished or permanently mould-stained boot is the usual reason a front loader leaks at the door, smells musty, or leaves black marks on washing. A new seal restores the watertight ring between the drum opening and the door glass.
Which machines use this seal
Hisense used more than one boot design across its front-loader range, and this listing is for part number K2315392 specifically. Match it against the part number moulded into your current seal, or confirm against your model sticker with the Part Finder before ordering. A second Hisense boot, part K2315391, is also stocked — the two are not interchangeable.
Fitting it
The boot is held by an outer retaining spring at the front panel and an inner clamp at the tub. Fitting means unplugging the machine, easing both off, seating the new boot with its locating mark at the top and working the springs back in evenly. Allow an unhurried 45–60 minutes with basic hand tools.
