Description
What this door lock fixes on a dryer:
- the door will not lock so the cycle will not start
- the door will not open at the end of the cycle

Fits: EHPD800-W. Check the model number on the sticker inside the door or on the back before ordering.
Replace it (20 minutes):
- Unplug the machine and open the door.
- Prise off the outer clamp ring so you can fold the seal back and reach the lock screws.
- Unscrew the old lock, unplug it, fit the new one and refit the clamp.
About This Part
The door interlock locks the door during operation and tells the control board it’s safe to start. When it fails the machine won’t start at all, the door won’t release after a cycle, or a door error appears. A new interlock restores normal starting and locking.
